Payment Information
You can pay for your items directly here on our website by credit/debit card. You do not need a paypal account, but payments are processed via paypal’s secure website. This is a secure choice as paypal has encryption technology which protects the buyer. We also accept payment by money order, personal check (drawn from US or UK bank account) and postal orders.

Shipping Information:

English Charm has relocated to the beautiful banks of the River Tyne, but our operations will remain in US currency for the convenience of our customers. We now ship from the UK via Royal Mail to most locations. If you require insurance or tracking for your parcel this is available for an additional cost of $7.50.

All items will be made to order, so please allow at least 5 days to process before your order will be shipped. Our sizing chart is listed here, but we can also accommodate custom lengths and adjustments for most items at no extra charge. Please contact us to check.

The fabrics, trims and supplies for all listed items are in-stock and ready to sew, many can also be made in custom colours and fabrics –email us to check.

Clothing Care  

Our clothing is created using a variety of materials, for care of your clothing; please pay attention to the fabric content as listed. Each item will come with a care label listing the specific fabric content and how to care for it. To keep your beautiful clothing looking its best, we recommend all items are hand washed (gently) and line-dried (or hang dried). Many items can be machine-washed and dried with care, but always use the coolest setting to ensure that trims and ribbons are not damaged.

If your clothing needs to be ironed, always choose the coolest setting possible and we recommend using a pressing cloth (a small square of thin muslin or cotton) to protect trims and ribbons. Many of our 100% cotton items can be ironed with a warmer setting, but be careful not to iron the lace or trims this hot. To keep cotton skirts full and beautiful we suggest you use a spray starch after laundering.

Returns Policy
We want you to be truly happy with your purchase and we stand by the workmanship of our clothing. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-approved and within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be in unworn condition with tags attached. Shipping rates are unfortunately not refundable and all returns are subject to a restocking fee.
