Sweetheart High-Waisted Skirt
EnglishCharm is introducing a new “Classics” range which features all the elements of the classic Lolita wardrobe in several colours. This skirt features a full gathered design with a ruffle at the hem. The high waistband is fitted at the front and has a panel of shirring with corset lacing at the back for a comfortable fit. The skirt fastens at the side with a zip and button closure and comes with a removable bow.
