EnglishCharm is introducing a new “Classics” range which features all the elements of the classic Lolita wardrobe in several colours. This skirt is the perfect basic for any Lolita wardrobe with a full gathered design and a double ruffle at the hem. The waistband is fitted at the front and has a panel of elastic at the back for a comfortable fit. The skirt fastens at the side with a zip and button closure and comes with a removable bow.
