Ruched Jumper-Skirt:
Versatile jumper-skirt made from medium weight cotton. This elegant dress can be worn alone as a summer dress, or with a pretty blouse as a pinafore dress. Styled with a fitted lined bodice trimmed with buttons,back shirring and corset ties and removable back-waist ties. The bodice is semi-Empire line and sits approximately two inches above the waist for a flattering look. Skirt is full sloped design trimmed with double ruffle at hem and featuring four ruched sections. The ruching can be altered to different heights to suit your mood.
